This workshop focuses on methods and considerations in fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation between state and local affiliates. Presented by the Affiliate Relations Director and Director of NAMI Signature Programs of NKPA, learn communication strategies between NSO and affiliates, creating collaboration opportunities between affiliates, and tips for strengthening relationships with NSO and affiliates.
