She became a strong advocate for compliance, governance, and quality assurance, helping institutions build ethical practices and maintain transparency.
Chioma's journey led her to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in 2023, where she works as a Senior Manager of Field Governance & Quality Assurance, and she continues to champion compliance principles.
