Ms. Caban is an experienced mental health trainer, educator, and thought leader with over 20+ years’ combined experience with NAMI on a regional, state and national level. In her position as Chief Program Officer at the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Susan is committed to continuing NAMI's standard of excellence as a Leader in peer-led mental health education programming by adjusting program strategies, approaches and implementation based upon the evolving needs and feedback of those affected by mental health conditions.
