Description

Over the past decades, there has been growing recognition that all people have strengths and challenges along a continuum of traits and abilities. Neurodiversity captures the spectrum of differences in thinking, abilities, and behavior among individuals, beyond any single diagnosis. While often associated with people with autism spectrum disorder, it also reflects natural brain variation.

As nearly half of Gen Z workers identify as neurodivergent, fostering inclusive workplaces that recognize individuals’ unique strengths is essential. This session will explore what neurodiversity represents, address common mental health conditions among neurodiverse employees, and highlight the skills they bring to organizations. Practical strategies will be shared to create collaborative, thriving environments that support creativity, productivity, and performance, allowing employees’ talents to shine every day.
