Over the past year, NAMI has been listening closely to the field to better understand how data and systems are supporting, or hindering, program delivery and decision-making. This session will share how that feedback is shaping a more intentional approach to data at NAMI, including how we’re aligning measurements to outcomes, improving consistency, and making data more useful across the Alliance. We’ll also provide a practical look at the systems and tools supporting this work, including examples of what affiliates will experience as enhancements are rolled out. We’ll close with what this means for the Alliance, what will become clearer, what will become easier, and what to expect moving forward.
