Ashley Blum is a dedicated social worker from Nashville, TN, with a passion for community engagement, developing inclusive environments that uplift marginalized voices, and mental health advocacy. With 17 years of experience at Park Center, a community mental health organization in Nashville, she has significantly impacted the lives of unhoused individuals facing mental health challenges by developing programs and providing essential care.

Recognized for her compassionate leadership, Ashley recently became the Executive Director at NAMI Davidson County. In this role, she focuses on empowering individuals and families, strengthening community connections, diversifying care, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health by raising awareness of the organization’s initiatives.

Ashley holds a degree in Social Work from Belmont University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her child, spouse, friends, and family, as well as paddleboarding, walking in Centennial Park, and visiting their farm in Stewart County.
