Kimberly Comer is a nationally recognized peer leader, trainer, and advocate dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for individuals and families. She provides training, support, and outreach presentations to government agencies, nonprofit organizations, law enforcement, and the judiciary on trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, suicide prevention, judicial advocacy, and peer support. Kimberly is a Nationally Certified Peer Specialist and holds peer and recovery certifications in both Florida and Indiana. She is also a certified Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) facilitator through the Copeland Center. In addition, she is certified to teach and facilitate all peer and family signature education programs and support groups developed by NAMI.
