Muriel is the Executive Director for the Restoration Center of Greater Lowell. Muriel is a licensed clinical social worker and U.S. Air Force veteran with extensive experience supporting individuals facing homelessness, justice involvement, substance use disorder, and complex behavioral health needs. Before coming to Vinfen, she worked with state agencies, counties, health plans, and community-based organizations across the country to expand access to behavioral health care, implement new treatment models like CCBHCs, strengthen re-entry supports, and conduct needs assessments grounded in the voices of people with lived experience.
