Nikki Rashes is the Director of NAMI Education Programs. She holds degrees in Social Work and Organizational Leadership, which she uses to further her work as a mental health advocate.  Nikki has dedicated nearly 20 years, both as a volunteer and a NAMI employee, to raising awareness and helping individuals, families and communities affected by mental health conditions.  Along with being certified to lead most of NAMI’s National Education Programs, she is also a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, WRAP Educator, and Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor.
