Ke Wang, Ph.D., is a data analytics and healthcare research professional specializing in program evaluation, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making. She currently serves as a Data Analyst with The Carter Center’s Mental Health and Caregiver Program, where she advances innovative data systems, leads caregiver-focused research, and integrates data-driven insights into strategic planning to strengthen caregiver and mental health initiatives. Previously, Dr. Wang was a Data Manager at the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, where she led the development of a first-of-its-kind caregiver data platform supported by a $1.1 million grant, significantly enhancing reporting efficiency, research collaboration, and program outcomes. Dr. Wang earned her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed advanced training in data science and analytics through Cornell University, NUS Business School, and IBM. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international forums, including the WHO Symposium on Sustainable Health and Care Delivery Transformation in 2025 and the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) in 2026.
