Dr. Thomas Bullock is an educator and community leader who served as assistant to the president for educational initiatives at Georgetown University and founded its Institute for College Preparation. In Savannah, he serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including Healthy Savannah and the Unforgettable Dream Fund, and is the founder of LEADERS, Inc., supporting under-resourced students through mentorship and college readiness.
