In 2007, God placed a vision on Pastor Coles’ heart—a call to reach those who were not connected to the church and may have never experienced the love of Christ. From that vision, Churches Outreach Network was born. The ministry exists to offer hope, resources, and support to individuals and families who often fall outside the reach of traditional church ministry. Pastor Coles believes that while many inside the church are growing in their walk with Christ, the true mission field lies beyond the sanctuary doors.

Churches Outreach Network brings together pastors, ministers, community leaders, and local businesses to serve as one united body—sharing God’s Word, building relationships, and meeting the needs of the community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the ministry stands as a bridge between the church and the community.

Out of this work have come powerful initiatives such as the Inter‑Faith Clergy, a monthly gathering focused on community solutions, and the Community Action Committee, which partners with law enforcement and faith‑based organizations to build trust and create positive change.
