Ayodele Oliver is a behavioral health leader, mental health advocate, and community strategist with more than 18 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use services, and community engagement. Her work is centered on reducing stigma, strengthening community partnerships, and connecting individuals and families to behavioral health resources.

Ayodele is the founder of A+ Wellness N Class, a behavioral health consulting, education, and community wellness organization focused on bridging the gap between mental wellness and the community through education, advocacy, strategic partnerships, and community organizing.
She holds a Master of Public Administration and is completing her Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University. Ayodele believes mental health conversations should not begin at the point of crisis and is passionate about bringing education, connection, and healing into everyday community spaces.
