Briana Kilian has been with NAMI DuPage since August 2024, initially joining as an intern in the Youth Department. In November 2025, she was hired as the Program Outreach and Intake Coordinator. Having faced her own mental health challenges and supported loved ones living with mental health conditions, Briana is deeply passionate about helping others improve their quality of life.

Briana's background includes working as a Mental Health Associate at a mental health inpatient facility. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling, working toward her LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) credential.

Briana is committed to encouraging individuals to prioritize their mental health, raising awareness and understanding of mental health, and supporting those on their journey to recovery. She believes that open-mindedness, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn about unfamiliar topics are essential to personal growth and overall well-being.
