Charlzetta McMurray-Horton, RN, PMH-BC, NEA-BC, BSN, MS, is Vice President of Specialty Programs at Harris Health and Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of St. Thomas. An ANCC board-certified nurse executive and psychiatric–mental health nurse, she brings more than 35 years of experience across clinical, academic, and executive leadership settings. She serves as President of the NAMI Greater Houston Board of Directors, President-Elect of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Texas Chapter, a member of the Texas Hospital Association Behavioral Health Council, and Program Committee Chair for the Network of Behavioral Health Providers.
