AliefVotes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth civic engagement and leadership within the Alief community of Southwest Houston, Texas. The organization focuses heavily on civic education by teaching young residents about public policy and local government elections, while simultaneously cultivating the next generation of leaders through structured fellowship programs for Alief ISD high school students. Through these initiatives, local youth receive valuable mentorship, hands-on organizing experience, and leadership training designed to help them advocate for their community.

Driven by student leadership, AliefVotes mobilizes the community through vital grassroots initiatives, including voter outreach block walks, food distribution events, and local disaster preparedness efforts. These community-led projects are strengthened by strategic partnerships with neighborhood organizations, such as the Chinese Community Center and local public schools.
