Join us for a conversation about the Accreditation Process Pilot and what we are learning so far. As the pilot continues to unfold, we’ll share mid-stream insights from participating affiliates - what’s working, where questions are emerging, and how feedback may help inform additional refinement of the Standards of Excellence for our alliance. This session is designed to give leaders a clearer picture of the purpose of the Accreditation framework and how it aims to support strong, consistent practices across our network. We hope to make this an open and engaging discussion about how the Standards can best serve affiliates and strengthen the federation as a whole. NAMI National's  Michael Wood, Chief Operating Officer,  Annette Gantt, Chief Field Relations Officer, and David Binet, National Director, Governance & Accreditation  will share updates and reflections, followed by time for questions and dialogue with attendees.
