In this 60-minute session, Dr. Eliza Carter will share some of her personal journey through recognizing common anxieties, from caregiver to burnout. And redefine caregiver. Participants will learn the subtle signs of anxiety, understand its long-term implications, and explore breath therapy techniques to mitigate its impact. This workshop offers practical strategies to help attendees create moments of inner calmness and gain more understanding of their mental health narratives.
