Lybi Winzenz is a local piano teacher and mom of 4 kids with a degree in Human Development. She has been diagnosed with persistent depression. The journey to find peace with her diagnosis and to find coping skills has led her to meet many wonderful people in NAMI. Her favorite things to talk about are cultivating self-love and being genuine with yourself and others. Lybi is active in her faith family as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and currently serves in the Stake Relief Society presidency and Communications committee.
