Laura Braun is the program manager for the Bernalillo County Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program, with the Second Judicial District Court. Her primary responsibilities include program implementation and oversight, education, outreach, and community stakeholder collaboration. Prior to her joining AOT in 2020, she worked in a variety of mental health settings including outpatient case management, adolescent inpatient psychiatric care, treatment foster care, education, and the judicial system. Laura
received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies and Psychology from the University of New Mexico in 2000. She has over 25 years of experience working in adult and adolescent mental health.
