Diler is a dedicated psychotherapist with extensive experience providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling. She served at the City of Fremont Youth and Family Services (YFS) clinic, working closely with schools like COIL Charter and Irvington High School, supporting youth from elementary to high school. In addition to counseling, Diler provided valuable family support and teacher consultations to enhance student well-being.

Her work as a Wellness and Action Leader at the Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants (CERI) focused on empowering immigrant, refugee, and indigenous community leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area to promote community well-being. Diler’s professional journey reflects the diversity of the Bay Area, enabling her to connect with clients from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

As an immigrant fluent in Turkish, Diler integrates cultural and diversity factors into her therapeutic approach. From 2016 to 2018, she directed the Raindrop Women Association (RAWA), helping first-generation immigrant women engage in community life and adjust to American society. Additionally, Diler shared her passion for Turkish arts by teaching Turkish calligraphy at Austin Community College from 2014 to 2019. She currently volunteers at Pacifica Institute in the Bay Area, where she works with the education team to support Turkish and Muslim students in the community. Diler earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Palo Alto University in 2022 (dual emphasis, Marriage and Family Therapy / Professional Clinical Counselor) and has been working in a private group practice since June 2023.
