Exhibit at NAMICon

NAMICon 2026 is an opportunity to connect with an audience of influential leaders, activists and practitioners in the mental health field. Attendees are interested in learning about mental health services, products and information for themselves and
loved ones with mental illness. They are eager for the latest information, treatment options, coping strategies, support services, health and wellness information and activities, as well as legal and financial advice.

All convention sessions and activities will take place onsite at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, May 28-30 

There is no formal dress code. Most people wear comfortable, casual clothing. We suggest layers, as meeting rooms can vary in temperature. 

NAMI follows local public health guidance and the policies of the host venue. Closer to the event, we will share any required or recommended health and safety measures. We ask all attendees to be respectful of others' personal space and comfort levels. 

Yes. Photos and videos will be taken during the event for NAMI’s communications and promotional use. 

By registering for NAMICon, you agree that you may appear in these photos or videos.

The NAMICon Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, May 28 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday, May 29 from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

  • Each exhibitor registration allows attendance for 3 people affiliated with your group. 

  • We are offering an 10’ X 10’ booth size. The exhibitor package includes one 6-foot table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign. Please refer to the Exhibitor Prospectus for detailed information. 

  • Booth prices vary based on your organization type. Please check the Exhibitor Prospectus for detailed pricing information. Payment can be made via the official NAMICon website. 

  • You sure can! Once registered, you will receive communications from our team with a full exhibitor kit. You can customize your booth space there. 

Only Exhibitors offering products, equipment and/or services that are related to the mission and values of NAMI may obtain exhibit space at this event. NAMI reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the eligibility of any Applicant as an Exhibitor. Yes, there is a specified schedule for booth setup and teardown. Setup will take place Wednesday, May 27 from 8:00am-4:30 p.m. Teardown will take place on Friday, May 29 from 3 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 

Please locate a staff member onsite and we will assist you. 

Masks and hand sanitizer will be available onsite for those who would like them. We encourage attendees to do what makes them feel most comfortable. We are also working with the hotel staff to ensure clean and sanitary conditions throughout the venue. We ask that those feeling sick do not travel to NAMICon. If you begin feeling sick while onsite, we ask that you isolate until you can take a COVID test. Please check the CDC website for the most up-to-date information. 

We encourage networking through our official event app. Details on how to download the NAMICon app will be shared closer to the event date.
