When and where is NAMICon 2026?

NAMICon 2026 will take place May 28–30 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Alliance Day will be held on May 27, 2026 at the same hotel. 

NAMICon 2026 is planned as an in-person event.

Note you can only purchase full conference passes online. Single day passes will be available for Alliance Day, and NAMICon for Thursday and Friday. Single day passes will be available for purchase in-person only at the Registration Desk for $125. 

You may cancel by sending an email to meetings@nami.org.

Yes, invited speakers will receive free registration to the conference. More information will be shared in the speaker notifications.

Scholarship information for NAMICon 2026 is not yet available. We will update this page once we have details about who can apply and how. 

Anyone who cares about mental health is welcome. You do not need to work in the field or have a connection to NAMI.


People with lived experience, family members, students, community members, and professionals all attend NAMICon. 

Yes. You do not need to be a NAMI member or volunteer to gain value from NAMICon. 

If you care about mental health, want to learn, or want to connect with others, this event is for you. People from all backgrounds attend NAMICon to hear stories, learn new information, and meet advocates from across the country. 

Yes. Teens and youth may attend. Some sessions may focus on youth and young adult mental health. 

NAMI follows local public health guidance and the policies of the host venue. Closer to the event, we will share any required or recommended health and safety measures. We ask all attendees to be respectful of others' personal space and comfort levels. 

We want everyone at NAMICon to feel safe, respected, and included. 

People of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, faiths, incomes, and backgrounds are welcome. We encourage you to come as your full, authentic self. 

We also aim to make NAMICon accessible. We plan to offer closed captioning and multi-language translation for all sessions. 

More accessibility information will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Yes. Some sessions will offer CE credits. Full details will be posted after the 2026 program is announced in spring 2026. 

A special room rate at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and the Hilton Atlanta are available. 

Yes, the hotel has parking.  

The closest airport is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). 

There is no formal dress code. Most people wear comfortable, casual clothing. We suggest layers, as meeting rooms can vary in temperature. 

Yes. Photos and videos will be taken during the event for NAMI’s communications and promotional use. 

By registering for NAMICon, you agree that you may appear in these photos or videos. 

If you have concerns, please speak with a staff member on-site. 

No. NAMICon 2026 sessions will not be recorded or available to watch later. To experience the content, you must attend the conference in person.
